BOCCE BALL CLINICS-FREE!!
Come to one of our free clinics held at the new Bocce courts at River View Sports Park and learn the game of Bocce Ball! We’ll go over the rules, then jump right into play. This game is great for families or seniors for relaxation and exercise. Bocce balls provided.

BOCCE BALL LEAGUE
The hottest sport in Truckee now has three nights of league play. Form a team of 4-8 players and register at the Community Center.. Bocce fans claim the game helps improve their bowling, golf and shuffleboard, which share many of the same features. Ages 16-100 invited to come out & try a new game. What could be more fun than kickball? The kids’ playground classic returns to Truckee. Teams of 11 will compete Truckee Kickball Championship but mostly we’ll just have fun. Games will be played on the softball fields at Regional Park. Season runs June 13– August 22. Registration opens May 1st.

This clinic is mandatory for all returning umpires. Learn the basics or refresh your skills at our clinic. Mechanics and local rules covered. TDRPD needs officials for adult softball weekday evenings and for adult soccer on Sunday mornings. We are looking for good communicators with experience. The pay scale is $15-$30 per game, DOE and availability. Call Pete Kristian at 582-7720 for more information.
